Poli-Tape is a leading manufacturer of application tapes for the global market. Designed for the quick and dimensionally stable transfer of computer cut letters, logos and symbols, Poli-Tape offers a wide range of products. Our application tapes are available as paper application tapes, with a range of adhesion levels and thicknesses, and film application tapes. The latter use a number of carrier films, with or without a liner. In order to obtain a perfect transfer it is important to use the right product for the application.

POLI-TAPE for transfer of self-adhesive decals, logos, stickers and silk-screen prints. Universally suitable for small and medium sized vinyl lettering with a matt or glossy surface and suitable for small lettering as well as vinyls with matt or slightly rough surfaces (special effect films).

POLI-FORM uses conform adhesive, with good adhesion on release-liner.

POLI-JET - The rapidly expanding market for ink-jet digital printing is due to the high quality image and the economical small batch production costs. The self-adhesive Poli-Jet films give high colour definition and excellent resolution with quick drying ink. The range of products includes polyester and PVC films.

POLI-FLOCK is a high-quality heat transfer rayon flock. The brilliance and texture are due to the high fibre density. It can be used for lettering on clothing such as uniforms and sports and leisure wear, as well as for textile design.

POLI-FLEX is a high quality polyurethane film with matt, reflection-free surface laminated with a thermally activated adhesive. It is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester/cotton blends, and polyester/acrylic. Poli-flex can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport and leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles such as flags and banners.

Double-sided tapes have proven to be reliable problem solvers in the industrial bonding technology due to rational, design-friendly and emission-free applications. Double-sided tapes offer the following advantages:

	High initial tack
	Bonding of different kinds of materials with different expansion coefficients
	Tension-free mounting without material fatigue
	Reliable and accurate performance

POLI-FIX double-sided tapes are carried on different materials, coated with modified acrylic and synthetic rubber adhesives. This group of products exhibits a balanced range of adhesive characteristics such as tack, cohesion (inner bond strength), adhesion (peel strength) and are mostly recommended for indoor use.

POLI-MOUNT mounting tapes are constructed from compressible foams. Suitable for adhesion to slightly rough or structured surfaces. Recommended for indoor and outdoor applications. These adhesives show an excellent shear strength (cohesion).

POLI-TRANS transfer tapes without any carrier. Especially suitable for laminating wide width materials such as paper, film and foam.

POLI-PRINT double-sided tapes are suitable for the precise mounting of flexographic print stereos to steel and rubber cylinders. After the printing process, the adhesive tapes can be removed without leaving any residues.

POLI-TACK single-sided tapes with several applications including surface protection during electroplating, repairing silks and silk screen frames, and splicing siliconised paper and film webs.
